Phase 1: Awareness (Months 1–2)

Where am I really right now?

The program begins with the Life Assessment across 12 dimensions.

This phase is about waking up from autopilot.

Phase 2: Beliefs (Months 2–3)

What do I believe — and is it serving me?

Your belief system runs everything.

If someone believes:

“I’m unlucky”

They act unlucky.

They become unlucky.

If they believe:

“I am in control of my physical, emotional, and financial outcomes.”

They behave differently.

This phase helps them:

  • Identify inherited beliefs (parents, teachers, culture)

  • Weed out disempowering beliefs

  • Replace them with deliberate, chosen beliefs

  • Begin acting in alignment

This is where identity starts shifting.

Phase 3: Vision (Months 3–4)

What exactly do I want?

Most people never allow themselves to ask this honestly.

We explore:

  • 5-year vision

  • 10-year projection

  • Future self visit

  • Ideal career thought experiment

  • Ideal relationship design

  • Ideal environment

This includes:

  • Material desires (house, boat, location)

  • Emotional states (peace, passion, adventure)

  • Experiences (travel, sunsets, meaningful conversations)

  • Contribution and purpose

Clarity creates power.

Phase 4: Strategy (Months 4–6)

How do I turn vision into movement?

Now we translate vision into:

  • 12-month targets

  • Quarterly goals

  • Weekly execution rhythms

  • Daily behaviors

This is where:

  • Discipline becomes attractive

  • Habits are installed

  • Systems replace mood

We match:

  • Unique talents

  • Market needs

  • Financial model

Phase 5: Character (Months 6–9)

Who must I become to sustain this life?

You’ve said it clearly in your work:

“What kind of person achieves that?”

Character determines destiny.

This phase defines:

  • Non-negotiables

  • Identity traits

Traits like:

  • Reliability

  • Discipline

  • Competence

  • Determination

Character becomes:

  • The anchor in storms

  • The rudder steering direction

  • The wind in the sails

Without character, goals collapse under pressure.

With character, momentum compounds.

Phase 6: Emotional Mastery (Months 9–11)

Can I generate quality emotions on demand?

We explore:

  • Happiness habits

  • Emotional regulation

  • Passion and adventure creation

  • Gratitude practice

  • Internal confidence

Instead of chasing emotions externally, clients learn to create emotional states intentionally.

This prevents:

  • Self-sabotage

  • Burnout cycles

  • Relationship destruction

Phase 7: Integration (Month 12)

Embodiment.

By now:

  • The vision is clear.

  • The beliefs are chosen.

  • The habits are built.

  • The character is forged.

  • The strategy is running.

Month 12 is refinement.

We review:

  • What needs recalibration

  • Next 3–5 year trajectory
