Ross is a holistic life coach, certified yoga teacher, and corrective exercise specialist with over 21 years of experience in the health, wellness, and personal transformation industry.
After completing his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Science, Ross went on to study with the C.H.E.K Institute, becoming a specialist in scientific core conditioning, back care, and corrective exercise. His work as a Holistic Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Body Transformation Specialist has helped hundreds of clients rebuild their bodies, confidence, and relationship with movement.
Ross is known for designing highly personalized body transformation programs grounded in evidence-based nutrition, intelligent training strategies, and sustainable habit change. His step-by-step, holistic approach breaks complex health goals into simple daily practices that create long-lasting results — not quick fixes. Clients don’t just change their bodies; they build habits that support them for life.
Alongside his physical work, Ross is a practicing MMS Certified Life Coach, trained by the Motivated Management Services Institute (MMS) — the oldest and most original coach training organization in the world, founded in 1974. This world-class training equips clients with the tools to master their mindset, reconnect to purpose, and create extraordinary results in their personal and professional lives.
Ross’s coaching style is calm, insightful, and deeply empowering. He helps people uncover their inner strength, build courage and confidence, and move from where they are to where they truly want to be.
In recent years, Ross has expanded his work into yoga, completing his certified yoga teacher training in Thailand. Yoga became the missing link in his methodology — integrating movement, breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation. His teaching bridges strength and softness, structure and intuition, helping clients move better, think clearer, and live more fully.
Ross has traveled to over 68 countries across all 7 continents, and his deep love of the outdoors and adventure has shaped much of his life’s work. His journey into charity and expedition leadership began with a fundraising expedition kayaking, cycling, and trekking through Northern Thailand. This experience led him to guide expeditions to Mount Everest Base Camp (twice), Mount Kilimanjaro, and the wilds of Borneo.
Pushing physical and mental limits — while supporting others to overcome fear and self-doubt — ignited Ross’s passion for helping people step beyond what they believe is possible. Through his expeditions and independent fundraising efforts, Ross has raised millions of baht for orphanages in Thailand and clean water projects in Myanmar.
Today, Ross brings all of these experiences together — coaching, yoga, movement, adventure, and the ocean — to create transformational experiences that help people reconnect to themselves, redesign their lives, and live with freedom, purpose, and vitality.
