Stripping back, my essence is truth—the quiet knowing we all carry, often buried by fear or expectation. I’ve lived its burial: years proving worth, voice fading. But I’ve witnessed its revival—in clients’ eyes realizing sufficiency, postures straightening from belief.

My mission: Safeguard inner truth, keep consciousness’s light burning. Tools like yoga, ocean, coaching are vessels for remembrance. Sea Beyond embodies this—living truth fully, guiding others home. Mum planted it young; life honed it through trials. Now, in my forties, I stand taller, not from repair, but thriving.
