The Loop

Thought.

Emotion.

Emotion feeds the thought.

The thought comes back stronger.

Another thought.

Another emotion.

Again.

Again.

Again.

Bigger.

Bigger.

Bigger.

Until it becomes unbearable.

95% of the day…

gone inside it.

You wake up — it’s there.

You’re not starting your day…

you’re re-entering the loop.

And even when you sleep…

You don’t escape it.

You dream it.

The same faces.

The same feelings.

The same unfinished story playing out again in a different form.

Your mind doesn’t rest —

it rehearses.

It tells you:

  • This matters

  • This is real

  • You need to figure this out

But it never ends.

Because it can’t.

The loop doesn’t want resolution…

it wants continuation.

And the hardest part?

It feels like you.

It feels like truth.

It feels like something you need to solve.

But it’s not.

It’s just:

A thought…

creating a feeling…

feeding another thought.

And somewhere underneath all of it…

There’s a quiet space.

A place that isn’t looping.

A place that isn’t chasing or replaying.

But you only find it…

In the moment you see:

“This is the loop.”

Not fixing it.

Not fighting it.

Just seeing it.

Because the second you see it clearly…

You are no longer inside it.

You’re the one watching.

And that…

is where freedom starts.
