Day 1 focuses on slowing down and coming home to each other.
Couples arrive, set intentions, and step out of their everyday roles. Through grounding partner yoga, guided relationship coaching (“From Me to We”), reflection exercises, and a sunset ocean meditation, they begin to move from reaction to conscious choice. The day closes with a simple connection ritual and relaxed dinner to deepen intimacy.
Day 2 is about re-choosing each other.
A silent sunrise walk or paddle meditation invites quiet reconnection. Heart-opening yoga builds trust and vulnerability. Guided journaling and a relationship vision session help couples clarify shared values, release old patterns, and create a simple agreement for moving forward. The retreat ends with a symbolic re-commitment moment.
