A must-watch with the whole family.
I don’t often recommend a show.
But this is one I genuinely believe is worth sharing.
The Workshop: A Dress Rehearsal for Life is much more than a musical. It’s an experience that invites you to reflect on your own life, your relationships, and the conversations that shape who you become.
Created by my dear friend and mentor, Dr. Chérie Carter-Scott, who also trained me as a coach, this production beautifully blends storytelling, music, humour, and timeless lessons about being human.
Through the lives of eleven very different characters, you’ll see yourself, your family, your colleagues, or your friends. It explores the challenges we all face—communication, boundaries, self-worth, relationships, and the patterns that quietly influence our lives.
You’ll laugh.
You may shed a few tears.
And you’ll probably leave asking yourself a few important questions.
In a world full of entertainment, it’s rare to find something that also leaves you wiser.
If you have the chance to see The Workshop: A Dress Rehearsal for Life, I highly recommend it.
Go with your partner.
Go with your family.
Go with your friends.
You may walk out entertained.
You may also walk out seeing your life a little differently.
